Ridge's video coaching reinforcement sessions offer participants that same moment of insight. During these sessions, participants bring a real life situation to practice. The interaction is videotaped, providing learners with immediate, objective feedback. Even though they know they're being taped, participants are often surprised by their mannerisms and responses, and the effect they have on other people. They get a glimpse of themselves as they really are.
