TEAM FACILITATION SKILLS
Our Team Facilitation Skills course provides the core skills that all team members need to facilitate winning dynamics. Participants learn how to encourage active, passionate involvement of all team members, while invigorating team effectiveness when face to face.

We've also adapted content from our People Skills curriculum to help team leaders assure accountability to team decisions. These additional modules teach team leaders how to:

  • Gain agreements with team members about executing team decisions

  • Confront members that don't follow through on their commitments to the team

  • Mediate conflict with individual members "offline" to resolve differences and keep the interpersonal dynamics from disrupting the work of the team.
